Firebird Energy was born out of Kiwi policeman Shaun Winstanley’s journey of adversity and resilience. After being shot in the face during a major incident, his recovery left him unable to consume solid food or hot liquids.

Seeking nourishment, he created a protein drink combining coffee with both whey and casein protein.

What began as a personal solution quickly grew into the thriving brand you see before you today. Named Firebird Energy to reflect the phoenix rising from the ashes, Shaun is sharing his protein coffee with the world, to empower others to rise up and overcome their challenges.
