Firebird Energy Protein Coffee Subscription Cancellation Policy
1. Right to Cancel
1.1 You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time without providing a reason.
1.2 There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
1.3 There is no minimum subscription period.
2. How to Cancel
2.1 To cancel your subscription, use the online interface available here.
2.2 Please include your subscription details and account information in your cancellation request.
2.3 Cancellation requests must be received at least one week before your next billing date to prevent the next payment from being processed.
3. Effect of Cancellation
3.1 Upon cancellation, no further payments will be taken from your account after the notice period.
3.2 Any payment already processed for the current month’s subscription will not be refunded.
3.3 You will continue to receive any orders that have been paid for prior to cancellation.
4. Refunds
4.1 Refunds are only available for faulty products in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
4.2 To request a refund for faulty products, please contact shaun@firebirdenergy.co.nz with details of the fault.
4.3 If a delivery fails due to courier error, we will send a replacement order within a reasonable timeframe.
4.4 Failed deliveries due to incorrect customer information are not eligible for replacement or refund.
