Firebird Energy Protein Coffee Subscription Terms and Conditions

2. Subscription Service

2.1 Our subscription service provides regular delivery of protein coffee products on a month-to-month basis. 

2.2 Subscriptions are available only to customers with delivery addresses within New Zealand.

2.3 By subscribing to our service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. 

2.4 There is no minimum commitment period required.

3. Payment and Billing

3.1 Subscription payments are processed on a monthly basis. 

3.2 Current pricing information is available on our website and may be subject to change. 

3.3 The subscription fee includes the cost of products and delivery, with no additional shipping charges. 

3.4 You are responsible for ensuring all billing information provided is accurate and current.

4. Delivery

4.1 You are responsible for providing and maintaining accurate delivery information. 

4.2 We provide free shipping on all subscription orders within New Zealand. 

4.3 Typical delivery times are within 2 business days for urban areas, though actual delivery times may vary as they are subject to third-party courier services. 

4.4 If delivery fails due to courier error, we will ship a replacement order within a reasonable timeframe. 

4.5 Failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.

5. Cancellation and Refunds
